The Studio

This studio has all the perks one could want. It is perfect for those traveling solo or light, and on top of this still provides great views and the same laid-back energy as the coastal town you have traveled to visit. When you first walk into this studio, you will notice that there is fantastic natural light which gives a bright and airy feel that perfectly goes with the blue accents that can be found throughout.

As you explore, you will find a king bed and a wall-mounted television which is perfect for those lazy days spent lying in bed as you enjoy a good old-fashioned streaming binge. As well, this allows for one to drift off to sleep with some nice background noise.   You’ll also find, underneath the television, a small writing desk/kitchen table which is perfect for those who might need to get some work done during their stay before shutting the laptop down and enjoying one’s vacation. 

One will also find a sleeper sofa which is perfect for kicking back as you watch television. However, it makes an equally good place to simply kick back and relax, and maybe even grab a magazine or book. Speaking of, if you turn around, you’ll find the balcony which comes with a small sitting area and comes with great views of the town and gulf in the distance. This makes it the perfect place to grab a morning cup of coffee and sit out in the fresh air as you sip your warm drink. As well, you might just enjoy sitting out here and enjoying some takeout in the fresh air as you listen to seagulls cry and smell the scent of salt dancing on the breeze as it’s carried off to whenever its final destination may be. 

You’ll also find the bathroom which is exactly what a single person or couple will need. In addition to this, you will find that the beautiful blue hues that decorated the main area are also used here. If you return to the front door, you will find the small kitchenette.  You’ll find that it does come with many of the basic things one would need to create a meal. You’ll find a two-burner stove complete with cookware, a Keurig, a microwave, dishware, and of course a full-sized fridge.

Finally, to seal the deal, you’ll discover that your rental not only has a lovely view of the beach, but you’ll also find it’s a short walk down to the sand, ensuring that at any moment you can head out and enjoy the beach that you have traveled so far to see. In addition to this, you’ll find a heated pool at 85 degrees F and a hot tub open seven days a week which allows you to relax on the waters and enjoy the sun without the salt.  On site Amenities also include coin laundry, game room, ice machine, and movie theatre.

This property is professionally managed by Vacations Perfected.  Vacations Perfected requires the registered guest booking and occupying the condo to be 25 years of age or older.  In most cases, this is the policy of the condo complex or HOA that the property is located in.  There are no exceptions to this policy.  If you book this property and are not at least 25 years of age or older, or book this property with the intention of allowing under 25 years of age friends of family to occupy the property without your presence for the duration of the reservation, your reservation will be charged a 50% cancellation fee and the reservation will be canceled.  If you inform us within 15 days prior to arrival that you, as the 25 or older person booking the property, will not be able to come and it will only be under 25 years of age people occupying the property, your reservation will be charged a 100% cancellation fee and the reservation will be canceled.  If you book this property, as the 25 years of age or older person, and do not come with the rest of the group who are under 25 years of age occupying the property, your reservation will be canceled, the occupants of the property will be evicted, and you will receive no refund.  These acts are booking a reservation under false pretenses, and will not be tolerated.  These actions will be reported to the booking platform you used, and further penalties or consequences may arise from the booking platform you booked this property with.  This policy is effective beginning 3/14/23.
