Palazzo features a swimming pool, heated seasonally, located on the fifth level making for spectacular views.  There is a hot tub located beside the pool. and a fitness center that overlooks the Gulf, access to both is included.

Palazzo is a non-smoking building, that is unique because the 4-level garage is directly under the building, so no walking over a crosswalk and then taking another elevator to your car. This is great at the end of a long day.  Palazzo is known to have fast elevators, making getting to and from the beach or your car a breeze. Unlike the competition, Palazzo is a low density building consisting of only 129 direct gulf front units.  You'll be able to enjoy a peaceful vacation.

Palazzo is conveniently located on the west end side of the beach closer to 30A, yet less than a mile from Pier Park. At Palazzo, you are less than 20 minutes from Northwest Florida Beaches International Airport (ECP).

Palazzo charges $40 per vehicle per stay for parking. You will pay online for parking prior to your arrival. Parking registration will be emailed to your prior to your arrival.

This property is professionally managed by Vacations Perfected.  Vacations Perfected requires the registered guest booking and occupying the condo to be 25 years of age or older.  In most cases, this is the policy of the condo complex or HOA that the property is located in.  There are no exceptions to this policy.  If you book this property and are not at least 25 years of age or older, or book this property with the intentions of allowing under 25 years of age friends of family to occupy the property without your presence for the duration of the reservation, your reservation will be charged a 50% cancellation fee and the reservation will be canceled.  If you inform us within 15 days prior to arrival that you, as the 25 or older person booking the property, will not be able to come and it will only be under 25 years of age people occupying the property, your reservation will be charged a 100% cancellation fee and the reservation will be canceled.  If you book this property, as the 25 years of age or older person, and do not come with the rest of the group who are under 25 years of age occupying the property, your reservation will be canceled, the occupants of the property will be evicted, and you will receive no refund.  These acts are booking a reservation under false pretenses, and will not be tolerated.  These actions will be reported to the booking platform you used, and further penalties or consequences may arise from the booking platform you booked this property with.  This policy is effective beginning 3/14/23.
