Welcome to your perfect beachfront escape at Shores of Panama 2123! Located on the 23rd floor, this 2-bedroom + bunk room, 2.5-bathroom condo offers breathtaking Gulf views and resort-style amenities, making it an ideal getaway for families and small groups.

Step inside to find a spacious master bedroom with a king-size bed and a private ensuite bathroom.  The master bedroom has a balcony door that goes out to view the pool area and Gulf of Mexico.  The front bedroom has a king-size bed with TV and a private bathroom.  A private bunk-room features a twin-over-twin bunk bed and its smart TV, offering privacy and convenience. The living area includes a comfortable sectional, comfortably accommodating up to 6 guests.

Enjoy home-cooked meals in the fully equipped kitchen, complete with bar seating for 3 and a dining table for 2. The highlight of this condo is the private balcony, where you can take in breathtaking Gulf of Mexico views while sipping your morning coffee or watching the sunset.

Dave & Buster's ($20 free gameplay), SkyWheel at Pier Park (one ticket), WonderWorks, or Island Time Sailing Dolphin Cruise (seasonal). **not included for guests staying over 27 days.  This is a $125 value, free for our guests.

-Amenities are not included! Guest must pay a 1-time fee of $115 upon arrival for 2 parking permits and 6 wristbands.
-Registered guest occupying the condo must be 25 or older.  Unless a family with children, all guests must be 25 or older.
-Registered guest must complete the rental agreement which requires a credit/debit card to be placed on file to protect the condo against damages.
-No pets.
-No smoking.
*ANY booking made within 48 hours of arrival will require CC and matching ID on file - no exceptions. The reservation will be canceled and refunded to the original form of payment.

This property is professionally managed by Vacations Perfected.  Vacations Perfected requires the registered guest booking and occupying the condo to be 25 years of age or older.  In most cases, this is the policy of the condo complex or HOA that the property is located in.  There are no exceptions to this policy.  If you book this property and are not at least 25 years of age or older, or book this property with the intentions of allowing under 25 years of age friends of family to occupy the property without your presence for the duration of the reservation, your reservation will be charged a 50% cancellation fee and the reservation will be canceled.  If you inform us within 15 days prior to arrival that you, as the 25 or older person booking the property, will not be able to come and it will only be under 25 years of age people occupying the property, your reservation will be charged a 100% cancellation fee and the reservation will be canceled.  If you book this property, as the 25 years of age or older person, and do not come with the rest of the group who are under 25 years of age occupying the property, your reservation will be canceled, the occupants of the property will be evicted, and you will receive no refund.  These acts are booking a reservation under false pretenses, and will not be tolerated.  These actions will be reported to the booking platform you used, and further penalties or consequences may arise from the booking platform you booked this property with.  This policy is effective beginning 3/14/23.
