Shores of Panama 406 is an unbeatable resort for a Panama City Beach vacation or getaway! You have the advantage of being situated within walking distance to some of the beach's best attractions, restaurants, and shopping, plus the famous Pineapple Willy's is directly next door. The studio is situated on a prime lower floor and features a king-sized bed and a full-sized pull-out sleeper sofa. A beautiful Porcelain tile is featured throughout the whole condo. A 42-inch flat-screen TV has an integrated Roku, providing access to your favorite streaming channels. The fully equipped kitchen boasts a high-efficiency stove with ceramic cooktop, granite countertops, all major appliances, and everything you need for cooking and preparing meals and snacks. *Registered guest occupying the condo must be 25 or older.
**Registered guest occupying the condo must complete the rental agreement which requires a credit or debit card be placed on file to protect the condo against damages.
***Absolutely no pets. The complex requires ALL service animals to be pre-approved prior to arrival. The complex will not accept emotional support animals as they are not considered service animals under Florida law protecting lodging establishments.
***Absolutely no smoking or vaping. Smoking or vaping in the condo will result in a $1000 fine.
