This property is professionally managed by Vacations Perfected.  Vacations Perfected requires the registered guest booking and occupying the condo to be 25 years of age or older.  In most cases, this is the policy of the condo complex or HOA that the property is located in.  There are no exceptions to this policy.  If you book this property and are not at least 25 years of age or older, or book this property with the intentions of allowing under 25 years of age friends of family to occupy the property without your presence for the duration of the reservation, your reservation will be charged a 50% cancellation fee and the reservation will be canceled.  If you inform us within 15 days prior to arrival that you, as the 25 or older person booking the property, will not be able to come and it will only be under 25 years of age people occupying the property, your reservation will be charged a 100% cancellation fee and the reservation will be canceled.  If you book this property, as the 25 years of age or older person, and do not come with the rest of the group who are under 25 years of age occupying the property, your reservation will be canceled, the occupants of the property will be evicted, and you will receive no refund.  These acts are booking a reservation under false pretenses, and will not be tolerated.  These actions will be reported to the booking platform you used, and further penalties or consequences may arise from the booking platform you booked this property with.  This policy is effective beginning 3/14/23.

Laketown Wharf 412 features an open floor concept which not only gives the rental a spacious and airy feel, but also means that breathtaking views are no further than the nearest window. You will first find the first bedroom featuring two full-size beds. Complete with a private bathroom, your guests are sure to feel right at home when sleeping within its welcoming walls. Exploring further, you will find the second bedroom which features two full-size beds as well as a flat screen. Furthermore, the bunk setup that one will find in this bedroom makes it perfect for any kids that might be with you to enjoy the coast. Plus, having a room all to your own as a kid is quite the perk and sure to be a height of the vacation for them.

In the main living area, you will find a kitchen complete with granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances.  Further, you’ll find that with plenty of counter space and all the basic cookware one might find themselves needing; you just might not be able to help yourself from rolling up your sleeves and creating a feast. The nearby dining area features a lovely wooden, square table complete with seating for four. If you find yourself needing a couple extra places to eat, you’ll be pleased to find the breakfast bar not only adds extra counter space, but even provides seating for three more. You’ll also find the living area is the perfect place to entertain your guests as you relax in plush and comfortable couches as you all enjoy a group movie night thanks to the provided flatscreen television.

If continue you exploring, you’ll find the master bedroom complete with a comfortable queen bed that will just call to you to relax within it as you drift off into a dreamless sleep. You will also find a large master bathroom, which only sweetens the deal, which comes complete with a large garden tub which is perfect for relaxing in as you soak in the warm waters, and the provided walk-in shower is the perfect way to refresh and start your day off right. You will also find private balcony access for those quiet and tranquil mornings as you watch the world awaken for another day as you sip upon a warm cup of coffee, or perhaps you might find it the perfect place to curl up with a good book and read away the afternoon.
