Plus, you can prop your feet up on the coffee table or play a game of cards or board game here with your pals. There is no better space to hang out, chat with your friends, and have a few drinks. Not to mention, you can open the huge sliding glass doors to let in some light and fresh ocean breeze into the apartment! Instead of keeping the AC on all the time and being inside, the fresh ocean breeze will really wake you up in the morning.  

Then, head out to the covered balcony to sit in the Adirondack chair while sipping on an ice-cold beer or sitting in a blue chair while you read a book. There is enough seating out here for you and a couple of your friends to enjoy happy hour, talk about the day, and marvel at the incredible view and pristine weather.  

One of the main perks of staying in this apartment is the dining room table. The dining room, living room, and kitchen are all connected due to the open floor plan. This makes the space feel even bigger and airier than a closed-off apartment! We love the dining room table, as it can comfortably fit four people to have a nice and formal meal for a special occasion.  

We love the kitchen in this rental! Just because you are in a smaller condo, this doesn’t mean you can’t enjoy the finer side of life. Our kitchen is spacious, contains ample counter space, and features new appliances. We think the kitchen is a great part of the house to entertain, make snacks, and whip up some quick and strong cocktails for your friends. You can sit at one of the high-top bar stool seats so you and all of your guests can sit at the dining room table and the kitchen together! Plus, the large granite countertop contains ample space for setting our snacks, making food, and sharing a few drinks with one another.  

When you stay in a condo or apartment, you need some amenities and perks that make your action easy and seamless! That is why we offer a stackable washer and dryer to help you wash your swimsuit, sandy shorts, or dirty socks during your vacation. You never have to worry about packing too much or hanging your clothes on a line to dry outside with our high-powered washer and dryer.  

We love the plush and cozy bedroom here in the condo! Curl up in the comfortable bed with your partner or by yourself to enjoy a restful night of sleep. Our patterned quilt and our neutral color palette really make it feel like you are staying in a nautical and stylish beach house. Plus, you can turn on the TV at night to lull yourself to sleep and watch some of your favorite movies.  

Not to mention, the attached bathroom ensures you and all of your guests never have to wait and fight with one another over the bathroom! The last thing you want is people to be waiting in a line outside of the door. The en suite bathroom is not only functional, but it adds to the style and the aesthetic value of the condo.  

And last but not least, it can’t be considered a separate bedroom, but we offer bunk beds as soon as you walk into the condo! This is the best place to stay if you are on vacation with your kids. Your kids can have their own space and really feel like they are full-grown teenagers with these stylish bunk beds.
