This property is professionally managed by Vacations Perfected.  Vacations Perfected requires the registered guest booking and occupying the condo to be 25 years of age or older.  In most cases, this is the policy of the condo complex or HOA that the property is located in.  There are no exceptions to this policy.  If you book this property and are not at least 25 years of age or older, or book this property with the intentions of allowing under 25 years of age friends of family to occupy the property without your presence for the duration of the reservation, your reservation will be charged a 50% cancellation fee and the reservation will be canceled.  If you inform us within 15 days prior to arrival that you, as the 25 or older person booking the property, will not be able to come and it will only be under 25 years of age people occupying the property, your reservation will be charged a 100% cancellation fee and the reservation will be canceled.  If you book this property, as the 25 years of age or older person, and do not come with the rest of the group who are under 25 years of age occupying the property, your reservation will be canceled, the occupants of the property will be evicted, and you will receive no refund.  These acts are booking a reservation under false pretenses, and will not be tolerated.  These actions will be reported to the booking platform you used, and further penalties or consequences may arise from the booking platform you booked this property with.  This policy is effective beginning 3/14/23.

Welcome to Paradise Palace!  You're just a short walk to the beach from this cozy 2 bedroom, 1.5 bath beach cottage. You'll love the beach decor and details from colorful accents, to simple yet elegant décor, to comfortable couches and bedding, to the spacious feeling caused by the open floor plan. There is ceramic tile flooring on the first level, and the kitchen features solid surface countertops and stainless appliances making it perfect for whipping up a feast for your family to enjoy and which is sure to add a certain warmth to your already welcoming home. The two bedrooms are on the second floor, and each has a private balcony which is perfect for sitting in the early morning, as you sip a toasty cup of coffee and watch the sunset slowly rise on the horizon as the birds awake and sing their song for all to enjoy. If you walk inside, you’ll notice that the open floor plan allows for this quaint home to never feel cramped and gives it a roomy, open feel. The living area you will find is the perfect place to sink into a nice comfortable couch as you all enjoy a show or film on the provided large flatscreen television. As well, you’ll find the kitchen is perfect for whipping together something to enjoy and which is sure to fill your new home with the most tantalizing of scenes. The included breakfast bar seats four and is the perfect place to enjoy either a quick bite or a nice family sit down meal. Furthermore, you’ll be pleasantly surprised to find that the kitchen is fully stocked to allow a fabulous meal to be prepared for the whole group plus complementary Black Rifle Coffee provided.

The master bedroom has a king bed, a large closet, and even has its own television for those times when sleep is a long way off. In addition to this, you’ll find the master comes with its own private bathroom complete with his and her sinks! The 2nd bedroom is a full/full bunk room plus a twin bed.  If you have a particularly full party, then you are in luck as there is also a twin trundle bed under the bunks if needed. As well, with its own television you’ll find this room is perfect for any little ones you happen to bring along for the fun, and they are sure to appreciate the ability to have their very own area to escape off to when they need some time away from the adults. Off the back of the home is a covered porch where you can enjoy the gulf breeze while dining al fresco, after all, nothing beats eating a good meal while enjoying the fresh air and warm Florida sun. And after spending the day on the beach, don't worry about tracking sand in the house, there is an enclosed outside shower to rinse off after a hot day at the beach! This is sure to be more than useful, after all, anybody who’s lived in the desert or near the beach knows the constant war that takes place with the dirt and sand that always seems to find a way inside. There is a propane grill available for your enjoyment as well outside. Just off the kitchen is the laundry room with an extra-large washer/dryer so you aren't wasting beach time doing laundry.

Laguna beach is a quiet area on the west end of Panama City Beach.  There are no condos in the area, so you'll be able to enjoy the peace and tranquility of the Gulf of Mexico while, at the same time, enjoying all the welcoming pleasantries of a home.
