This property is professionally managed by Vacations Perfected.  Vacations Perfected requires the registered guest booking and occupying the condo to be 25 years of age or older.  In most cases, this is the policy of the condo complex or HOA that the property is located in.  There are no exceptions to this policy.  If you book this property and are not at least 25 years of age or older, or book this property with the intentions of allowing under 25 years of age friends of family to occupy the property without your presence for the duration of the reservation, your reservation will be charged a 50% cancellation fee and the reservation will be canceled.  If you inform us within 15 days prior to arrival that you, as the 25 or older person booking the property, will not be able to come and it will only be under 25 years of age people occupying the property, your reservation will be charged a 100% cancellation fee and the reservation will be canceled.  If you book this property, as the 25 years of age or older person, and do not come with the rest of the group who are under 25 years of age occupying the property, your reservation will be canceled, the occupants of the property will be evicted, and you will receive no refund.  These acts are booking a reservation under false pretenses, and will not be tolerated.  These actions will be reported to the booking platform you used, and further penalties or consequences may arise from the booking platform you booked this property with.  This policy is effective beginning 3/14/23.

You will enter the home from the front door directly connected to the large driveway that can hold three vehicles, ensuring that there will always be plenty of space for you and your guests to park, though with the beach and such so close you might just find you never need to get back into your vehicle until you unfortunate departure.
As you enter the home from the ground floor, you'll be welcomed by gorgeous decor and touches and many upscale amenities throughout the house. With wooden floors, beige colored walls, and plenty of wood accents throughout the home. The ground floor is a large spacious open floor plan that, when taken together with the excellent natural lighting, gives this home a bright and spacious feel which perfectly matches the feelings of the beach.  You'll enjoy plenty of seating in the living area including a comfortable queen size sleeper sofa.  As well, you’ll find that the comfortable leather couches are the perfect place to sink into after a day of exploring the beaches and sights of 30A. The nearby dining table, with seating for six, is the perfect place to gather together and enjoy the masterpiece created by the chef in your group. The breakfast bar in the kitchen also provides seating for three more for those large groups, or for a place to grab a quick bite to eat before heading out on that day’s adventures. The large, fully equipped kitchen is spacious and offers enough workspace for several people to prepare memorable meals. As well, with granite countertops, gas burning stove, and all the cabinet space you could ever desire, you are sure to find the kitchen the perfect place to let out the inner chef and fill your new home with the tantalizing and mouthwatering scents of a home-cooked meal. To the left, as you walk through the door, you will find the stairs which, upon following, will take you to the next floor where one can find the homes bedrooms.  

Upstairs, you'll find three bedrooms. The first is the king master bedroom with private bath on the right. The king bed is a very comfortable memory foam mattress and is sure to be the source of many a good night’s sleep while visiting us. There is an armoire for storage and a large closet. The large master en-suite has a two-sink with his and hers sinks, as well as a stand-up tile shower. Step out onto the private balcony for some relaxation and to enjoy the quiet neighborhood as you sip upon a drink or enjoy a good book as you soak up the Florida sun and enjoy the view of the neighborhood.

Across the hallway are two queen bedrooms with closets. One of the queen bedrooms has an additional twin bed, perfect for children. There is a full bathroom with a tub/shower combo in the upstairs hallway for the two queen bedrooms. At the top of the stairs, you'll find a full-size washer and dryer, thus ensuring that at no point during your stay will you have to hit pause on your vacation to run down to the laundromat.
