This property is professionally managed by Vacations Perfected.  Vacations Perfected requires the registered guest booking and occupying the condo to be 25 years of age or older.  In most cases, this is the policy of the condo complex or HOA that the property is located in.  There are no exceptions to this policy.  If you book this property and are not at least 25 years of age or older, or book this property with the intentions of allowing under 25 years of age friends of family to occupy the property without your presence for the duration of the reservation, your reservation will be charged a 50% cancellation fee and the reservation will be canceled.  If you inform us within 15 days prior to arrival that you, as the 25 or older person booking the property, will not be able to come and it will only be under 25 years of age people occupying the property, your reservation will be charged a 100% cancellation fee and the reservation will be canceled.  If you book this property, as the 25 years of age or older person, and do not come with the rest of the group who are under 25 years of age occupying the property, your reservation will be canceled, the occupants of the property will be evicted, and you will receive no refund.  These acts are booking a reservation under false pretenses, and will not be tolerated.  These actions will be reported to the booking platform you used, and further penalties or consequences may arise from the booking platform you booked this property with.  This policy is effective beginning 3/14/23.

However, if one needs a few more places, make full use of the breakfast bar, which not only seats three but also allows for even more counter space in your spacious, full kitchen. You’ll be pleased to find this kitchen comes complete with granite counter tops, white cabinets, stainless steel appliances, and in all is the perfect place to whip up a feast for all to enjoy. 

Continue exploring and you’ll find the master bedroom which comes complete with a king-sized wooden bed that is sure to be the perfect vessel for that’s night’s dreamy adventures. As well, relax in bed while enjoying a show or movie upon the included television, or just have some alone time as you enjoy the room, which comes with large bay windows, making it the perfect place to relax. To make things even better, you’ll find a private bathroom complete with a large soaking tub to relax one’s muscles after a day of coastal exploration, as well as a large walk-in shower to start the day off right.

You’ll also find the second bedroom complete with a queen bed, television, and a private bathroom. While not as fancy as the master, you are sure to nonetheless find the second bedroom equally as relaxing and welcoming. Nearby you’ll find a small alcove that has been fitted with two twin-over-twin bunk beds; this makes for the perfect little area for any little ones you might have coming along for the stay. To wrap things up, you’ll also find a lovely patio with sitting and dining areas for those days were eating in the fresh air is just what the doctor ordered. Or, perhaps, you might find the patio the perfect place to lose yourself in a good book as you listen to the sounds of the coast.
