The Main Area

When you first walk into this beautiful 1-bedroom, 2-bath rental, you'll notice the open floor plan give your new home a relaxed and comforting feel. Further, the vinyl plan floors always make for a nice touch, and the large windows allow for fantastic natural lighting that further cements that coastal feel of the home. As you walk around, you'll also notice that the décor has been expertly chosen to be both elegant and give a feel of the water but also blend perfectly in with the home as a whole. You'll first find a living room with fitted with comfortable queen sleeper sofa as well as sitting chair; both are placed before a television, making it perfect to relax and enjoy a good movie night. Right off the living room you'll find access to your balcony which comes complete with sitting and dining areas that are perfect for either enjoying the magnificent gulf view as you read a good book or for a meal in the fresh air.

Heading back inside, you'll find a dining table complete with seating for four. If you are looking for a more relaxed eating space, you'll enjoy the breakfast bar with similar seating arrangements. You'll also discover a kitchen complete with wood cabinets, stainless steel appliances, and granite countertops; you're sure to find it the perfect place to whip up a home-cooked meal and fill your new home with delectable smells. To top everything off, you'll also discover that the rental comes complete with a washer and dryer which ensures that there won't be any last-minute runs to the laundromat to take time away from your plans for the day.

Sleeping Areas

If you continue from the main areas, you'll soon find yourself in the master bedroom. You'll notice it is fitted with not only a comfortable king bed that will call you to rest in its warm embrace, but also a television. This is always great for the nights when sleep might be a far way off and some distraction is in order, or perhaps on those mornings where the only thing that will make your trip even better is a lazy morning in your pajamas. If you continue to explore, you'll find the full bath which, while not the most extravagant you'll see, is nonetheless just as relaxing and welcoming as the rest of the house, making it the perfect place for a good soak and rest in the tub. Continuing, you'll discover an additional sleeping area with a new full-size bed and nightstand just off of the hall bathroom.

No matter the room that one finds themselves in, you'll discover that the view is always one enjoy, and you will always be reminded that you are not in a concrete jungle, but rather sitting on the doorstep of the blue waters that you had come here to enjoy. As well, when one considers the sleeper queen that can be found in the living room, you'll discover that this unit can comfortably sleep a total of six guests, ensuring that you can bring your friends and family on your coastal adventure.

This property is professionally managed by Vacations Perfected.  Vacations Perfected requires the registered guest booking and occupying the condo to be 25 years of age or older.  In most cases, this is the policy of the condo complex or HOA that the property is located in.  There are no exceptions to this policy.  If you book this property and are not at least 25 years of age or older, or book this property with the intentions of allowing under 25 years of age friends of family to occupy the property without your presence for the duration of the reservation, your reservation will be charged a 50% cancellation fee and the reservation will be canceled.  If you inform us within 15 days prior to arrival that you, as the 25 or older person booking the property, will not be able to come and it will only be under 25 years of age people occupying the property, your reservation will be charged a 100% cancellation fee and the reservation will be canceled.  If you book this property, as the 25 years of age or older person, and do not come with the rest of the group who are under 25 years of age occupying the property, your reservation will be canceled, the occupants of the property will be evicted, and you will receive no refund.  These acts are booking a reservation under false pretenses, and will not be tolerated.  These actions will be reported to the booking platform you used, and further penalties or consequences may arise from the booking platform you booked this property with.  This policy is effective beginning 3/14/23.
