This property is professionally managed by Vacations Perfected.  Vacations Perfected requires the registered guest booking and occupying the condo to be 25 years of age or older.  In most cases, this is the policy of the condo complex or HOA that the property is located in.  There are no exceptions to this policy.  If you book this property and are not at least 25 years of age or older, or book this property with the intentions of allowing under 25 years of age friends of family to occupy the property without your presence for the duration of the reservation, your reservation will be charged a 50% cancellation fee and the reservation will be canceled.  If you inform us within 15 days prior to arrival that you, as the 25 or older person booking the property, will not be able to come and it will only be under 25 years of age people occupying the property, your reservation will be charged a 100% cancellation fee and the reservation will be canceled.  If you book this property, as the 25 years of age or older person, and do not come with the rest of the group who are under 25 years of age occupying the property, your reservation will be canceled, the occupants of the property will be evicted, and you will receive no refund.  These acts are booking a reservation under false pretenses, and will not be tolerated.  These actions will be reported to the booking platform you used, and further penalties or consequences may arise from the booking platform you booked this property with.  This policy is effective beginning 3/14/23.

When we go on vacation, we want to stay someplace that truly feels like a home and comes with all the comforts. The Main Living Areas

When you first walk into your new home, one of the first things that will strike you is the open floor plan. This not only assures that you and your guests never need to worry about feeling cramped, but also that no matter where you find yourself, you will find that you can easily converse with one another. As well, you will notice that your new rental has great natural lighting which gives it a rather light and airy feel that perfect goes with the laid-back energy of the coast. Furthermore, you’ll find that with the light walls and wooden floors, it has just the right amount of sophistication thrown in. 

As you walk into the main living area, you will find a comfortable couch and chair that are just begging for you to take a seat, relax, and allow the rejuvenating nature of the coast to begin its work. You’ll also find a television which is perfect for those lazy and relaxing afternoons enjoying a good old fashioned binge watch. Furthermore, if you walk out onto your balcony, you’ll discover that it not only comes with a breathtaking view of the gulf in the distant but also comes with a sitting area. This makes your balcony the perfect place to grab a cup of coffee and enjoy watching the sunrise as the world awakens, or perhaps for watching an intimate sunset as you sip upon a good drink. As well, you just might find it the perfect place to curl up with a book as you breath in the fresh, salt scented air. 

If you return inside, you’ll find the dining are which comes complete with seating for four. You’ll also find the kitchen which comes with further dining space thanks to the breakfast bar with seating for two. The kitchen is perfect for those with a strong culinary streak, as it comes with stone counters, wooden cabinets, and all the cookware and dinnerware one could wish for! This truly makes it the perfect place to whip up a feast and fill your already comfortable and welcoming home with the warm scents of a home cooked meal. As well, you will find that your new rental comes with a washer and dryer in unit, which is always a lovely perk in and of itself.

The Sleeping Areas

As you continue to look around, you’ll soon discover the main bedroom which comes complete with a wooden king bed which is beautifully carved. Not only this, but the plush pillows and comforter will give a siren call for you to come and fall asleep within their comfortable embrace. You’ll also find that the bedroom comes with a television which is great for those night owls who might wish to relax in bed as they watch a good show. The bathroom, while not the biggest, is still nonetheless as elegant as the rest of the home you have already explored.  For those who might be travelling with a young one, or perhaps close friend or relative, you are in luck; the comfortable couch in the living room pulls out in a queen sleeper sofa. With the ability to wake up and the see the crashing waves in the distance, nobody will complain about being given this sleeping arrangement.
