This property is professionally managed by Vacations Perfected.  Vacations Perfected requires the registered guest booking and occupying the condo to be 25 years of age or older.  In most cases, this is the policy of the condo complex or HOA that the property is located in.  There are no exceptions to this policy.  If you book this property and are not at least 25 years of age or older, or book this property with the intentions of allowing under 25 years of age friends of family to occupy the property without your presence for the duration of the reservation, your reservation will be charged a 50% cancellation fee and the reservation will be canceled.  If you inform us within 15 days prior to arrival that you, as the 25 or older person booking the property, will not be able to come and it will only be under 25 years of age people occupying the property, your reservation will be charged a 100% cancellation fee and the reservation will be canceled.  If you book this property, as the 25 years of age or older person, and do not come with the rest of the group who are under 25 years of age occupying the property, your reservation will be canceled, the occupants of the property will be evicted, and you will receive no refund.  These acts are booking a reservation under false pretenses, and will not be tolerated.  These actions will be reported to the booking platform you used, and further penalties or consequences may arise from the booking platform you booked this property with.  This policy is effective beginning 3/14/23.

Not to worry, arrival is super easy! No waiting lines to check-in. Drive up to the 1st floor ramp of the parking garage to find your RESERVED parking spot. Walk directly to your room and enter your door code to check in! 

The fully stocked kitchen adjoins the living room to converse with family while preparing a meal. The bar has seating for four guests, and the dining table seats 2. This kitchen has most everything you would need to prepare wonderful meals during your stay, fully stocked with utensils and cookware.

We love the decor of the entire apartment, with the living room featuring “beachy” and nautical interior touches with neutral tones. The starfish-printed chair and the cozy couch are perfect for sitting in after a long day of exploring. You can turn your favorite channel on the big TV and kick back, relax, and reminisce about all the fun you had. 

The seafoam green and tan furniture reminds us of being on the beach — which is exactly the motivation you need to leave your cozy apartment, head outside, and walk the 5 minutes to the waterfront! Just gaze outside of the living room window – you will see what we are talking about! The beauty of the ocean, the sand, and the trees are within eyesight from your curled-up spot on the plush couch. 

If you are feeling a bit hungry after a day on the beach, why not get a takeaway and sit at the nice dining room table? Or you can make a quick meal in the modern kitchen. Whatever you choose, the two-chair dining room table makes it easy to share a meal with your guest! 

Or you and your pals can sit at the high bar seating in the kitchen. This makes it easy to make a pot of coffee and split it among friends, set out appetizers for a nice happy hour, or read a book during the afternoon. This convenient seating makes it possible for everyone to sit down, relax, and have a snack!

This unit also comes with a full-size washer and dryer in the unit located in the hallway.

Down the hallway is a set of twin/twin bunk beds. We love the idea of bunk beds for young children and teenagers alike — they can share a room while still having their own privacy! Perfect for the little ones to enjoy. Attached is another full bathroom with a walk-in stand-up shower.

The master bedroom features a King size bed with its very own private bathroom. This bathroom has a shower/tub combination. This en suite room adds a luxurious feel to this laid-back and chilled-out apartment, giving the primary guests their own privacy and seclusion when sharing the apartment with other adults.

The Shores of Panama Resort is the best on the beach and is perfectly located right on the Beach. Enjoy the 14,000 square foot lagoon-style pool, large hot tub, fountains, lounge chairs, a tiki bar, and snack bar! There are beachside activities and watersports as well and chair/umbrella rentals on site. For those cooler days, you may enjoy the indoor heated pool and hot tub. Enjoy the sunset each evening on the balcony, which has its own seating. You will never want to leave this amazing property.

If you want to leave the resort to explore the nearby area, there are TONS of nightlife spots and events you can attend! We recommend checking out the Schooners Last Local Beach Club to meet other like-minded adults and party into the night. Or, if you are on a family holiday, why not treat your kids to an afternoon at Dave and Buster’s so they can test their luck at popular arcade games? Who knows, you may join in too!
