This property is professionally managed by Vacations Perfected. Vacations Perfected requires the registered guest booking and occupying the condo to be 25 years of age or older. In most cases, this is the policy of the condo complex or HOA that the property is located in. There are no exceptions to this policy. If you book this property and are not at least 25 years of age or older, or book this property with the intentions of allowing under 25 years of age friends of family to occupy the property without your presence for the duration of the reservation, your reservation will be charged a 50% cancellation fee and the reservation will be canceled. If you inform us within 15 days prior to arrival that you, as the 25 or older person booking the property, will not be able to come and it will only be under 25 years of age people occupying the property, your reservation will be charged a 100% cancellation fee and the reservation will be canceled. If you book this property, as the 25 years of age or older person, and do not come with the rest of the group who are under 25 years of age occupying the property, your reservation will be canceled, the occupants of the property will be evicted, and you will receive no refund. These acts are booking a reservation under false pretenses, and will not be tolerated. These actions will be reported to the booking platform you used, and further penalties or consequences may arise from the booking platform you booked this property with. This policy is effective beginning 3/14/23.
This magnificent 17th floor, Gulf Front Condo, 1 bedroom, two bath unit has a private kids bedroom with a full size bed.Everything in this condo is first class from the completely redesigned kitchen area with stainless appliances, to the designer furnishings and professional paintings; this is where you will want to stay year after year. Everything is brand new. This condo's private balcony overlooks the emerald green waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Elegantly furnished and decorated, this condo has all the makings of home. This lovely condo comes with a fully stocked kitchen and full size washer/dryer. The living room has a new queen size sleeper sofa, coupled with 2 side chairs for plenty of seating for your group. The living room and master bedroom both have flat screen TVs with high-definition DirecTV service with 80 channels and a channel guide so you can find the show you want to watch without guessing.
The front room is perfect for kids. It has a TV, closet, full bed, and private bathroom.
The master bedroom has a cozy king size bed, dresser for storage, flat screen TV, spacious closet, and private bathroom.
The Shores of Panama Resort is known for it's 14,000 sq. ft. zero entry pool. This tropical lagoon pool is surrounded by the greenest and most appealing landscapes.
