This property is professionally managed by Vacations Perfected.  Vacations Perfected requires the registered guest booking and occupying the condo to be 25 years of age or older.  In most cases, this is the policy of the condo complex or HOA that the property is located in.  There are no exceptions to this policy.  If you book this property and are not at least 25 years of age or older, or book this property with the intentions of allowing under 25 years of age friends of family to occupy the property without your presence for the duration of the reservation, your reservation will be charged a 50% cancellation fee and the reservation will be canceled.  If you inform us within 15 days prior to arrival that you, as the 25 or older person booking the property, will not be able to come and it will only be under 25 years of age people occupying the property, your reservation will be charged a 100% cancellation fee and the reservation will be canceled.  If you book this property, as the 25 years of age or older person, and do not come with the rest of the group who are under 25 years of age occupying the property, your reservation will be canceled, the occupants of the property will be evicted, and you will receive no refund.  These acts are booking a reservation under false pretenses, and will not be tolerated.  These actions will be reported to the booking platform you used, and further penalties or consequences may arise from the booking platform you booked this property with.  This policy is effective beginning 3/14/23.

The balcony offers breathtaking views of the world’s most beautiful beach and the Emerald green waters of the Gulf as well as the spectacular lagoon pool that makes Shores of Panama the most popular resort building in Panama City Beach. In fact, it feels like you’re at a Caribbean resort when you sit on the balcony and enjoy the stunning view. You’ll want to enjoy your morning coffee on the balcony. And make sure you take time to enjoy the perfect sunsets. Shores of Panama 2219 is a special place, and we want to see you come back year after year. 

As soon as you enter the Shores of Panama 2219 luxurious condo, you will immediately notice the ample common space for you and your guests to chill out, relax, and take in the incredible views right from your living room! 

The living room offers a comfortable couch that can easily fit 2-3 people. You can prop your feet up on the granite coffee table or use this table to hold your plates, magazines, books, or wine glasses. Plus, there is a couch-side table with a lamp that offers extra light for when you want to read a book in the middle of the afternoon or early evening. There is also a cozy chair with a footrest that you can use if you want to sit and talk with your friends, look out of the window, or take a midday nap.

And if you are in the mood to catch up on your latest Netflix show or watch an old flick, you can turn on the smart TV and argue with one another about what to watch! The good thing is that there are other TVs around the apartment, so you can retire to the master bedroom to watch a movie if no one else likes your cinema preference! 

We also make it easy for you to access the deck from anywhere in the apartment! The deck conveniently connects to the living room, meaning in just seconds, you can get off the couch, open the door, and sit at one of the outdoor chairs as you listen to the birds, feel the breeze on your face, and gaze at the bright blue water. We love sitting out here in the morning to watch the sunrise with a cup of coffee or in the evening to watch the sunset with an ice-cold beer! 

If you are feeling a bit hungry after a full day of exploring the surrounding area, head to the kitchen to make some fresh food. There is tons of counter space in our open floor plan kitchen, featuring a high-top granite bar area, new stainless steel appliances, and white cabinets to hold your snacks and extra food. Your guests can sit at the high-top bar stools to have a few appetizers, share some drinks, or converse with one another about their vacation plans. 

And if you would rather have a formal meal with your friends or family to catch up with one another, you can sit at the large dining room table. This table is big enough to hold 4 guests, and four more can sit in the living room or the bar stools, so everyone can sit together, converse, and bond during an intimate vacation. 

After hours and hours of being on the beach and seeing all that Panama City Beach has to offer, it might be time to head to bed. You can put the kids or teenagers in the bunk bedroom, which will be a fun and a cozy sleepover for the younger guests! Or, if you are staying in the master bedroom, you can rinse off in your en suite shower, curl up in the king-sized bed, and rest your head on the plush pillow.
