VACATION RENTAL TRAVEL UPDATE | COVID-19

Vacations Perfected closely monitors the daily status of COVID-19 in Florida.  We continue to work with local officials as well as stay up to date on the most current developments related to the Coronavirus.  As Floridians we are experienced in disasters whether they be natural events such as hurricanes or man made events like the BP oil spill.  We maintain an optimistic stance despite an otherwise fearful situation.

As times change, so must our approach to providing the best vacation rental service on the beach.


COVID-19 Cancellation Policy

No risk, no questions asked, for cancellations made or changes made on existing reservations for any future date  up to 24 hours prior to arrival as long as the request is made by May 31, 2020.

No risk, no questions asked, for cancellations made on new reservations for future stays between today and May 31, 2020.

* Guests who book through a third party hosting site should reach out to their booking provider for confirmation of their policies.


MODIFIED CLEANING PROCEDURES

We have implemented additional cleaning policies and procedure for all of our vacation rentals.  These additional steps comply with CDC standards for disinfecting touch surfaces.  We are taking the time and care to disinfect light switches, remote controls, and door handles just to name a few.  When you do return for your much needed vacation, we want you to have peace of mind knowing that we have taken the necessary precautions to ensure a clean and comfortable stay.
