Many times our guests may want to know a little more about us and the procedure of renting a vacation condo before taking the leap. We’ve put together a list of commonly asked questions. As always, we are only a call or click away and would be more than happy to answer any question you may have about our condo rentals and property features.

 

Q: Who is Vacations Perfected?
A: We are a team of industry professionals that earned our experience working at many of Panama City Beach’s premiere properties. We created Vacations Perfected on a notion that there was a better way to conduct business with both the condo owner as well as the valued guest.

 

Q: I found your unit on VRBO/Flipkey/AirBnB, what makes renting with you different than going direct with an owner?

A: When you rent with us, you’ll enjoy not only a clean, comfortable place to stay but a friend to call on that is LOCAL in the event of a complication or even just as a guide to help make your vacation one to remember. We offer same day response on all issues that may arise during our stay as well as concierge services that is sure to please even the most discerning guest.

 

Q: Do you offer any discounts for military?
A: Our condo rental rates are priced competitively with comparable units on the market. We strive to provide you with a no hassle source for a great unit at a great price. We do offer a 5% discount off the nightly rate as gratitude for our armed services. This discount however cannot be combined with other promotional offers. We always offer repeat guests a 10% discount on reservations made within 30 days of departure and a 5% returning guest discount no matter when you book!

 

Q: When is check in and check out?
A: Check in is at 4pm and check out is at 10am unless otherwise arranged.

 

Q: Are extra days available?
A: We prefer to rent week to week with arrival/departure day of Saturday. Sometimes exceptions are made creating available nights shouldering a reservation. We often offer these nights at a reduced rate. Contact your host to see if extending your stay is possible!

 

Q: How much deposit is required?
A: We require 50% deposit upon reservation and the remaining balance is due 14 days prior to arrival.

 

Q: What is the cancellation Policy?
A: In the event Guests wishes to terminate this agreement, Travel Insurance, Damage Protection and any processing or administrative fees are non-refundable. Eighty percent of the base rental amount will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. If the cancellation is made within 30 days of the arrival date, the base rental amount will not be refunded, but the reservation dates may be traded for an equal period of time within 6 months of the original reservation. If Guest is able to find and substitute new guests for the same time period, the entire rental amount will be refunded. Owner may help Guest look for new guests but it is not the obligation of the Owner to find them.

 

Q: When is full payment due?
A: Full payment is due 14 days prior to arrival.

 

Q: Are there any extra fees?
A: Each property we manage has its own specific fees. All reservations are subject to 6% Florida state sales tax, 1.5% city tax and 5% tourism development tax (bed tax). Additionally, a $20 express check in fee is added to all units equipped with electronic punch code door locks.

 

Q: How do we get in to our room?
A: All of our units feature electronic punch code access. This allows you the convenience of skipping the often long check in lines and go directly to your unit.

 

Q: Do any of your properties allow small pets.
A: Unfortunately at this time none of our units allow pets. We have on occasion made exceptions for service dogs but this is on a case by case basis and ultimately the choice of the condo owner.

 

Q: Is there a housekeeping charge?
A: We charge a modest housekeeping fee adjusted for the size of the unit.

 

Q: Where is the garbage chute?

A: Trash chutes are provided on every floor often times located at the end of a walkway or adjacent to an elevator chute.

 

Q: Where do I park?
A: Parking is provided adjacent or across the street from a property. If parking is across the street, a secure air conditioned sky bridge is provided by the property. Some of our units come with exclusive parking access. Contact your host for details.
