*All amenities and activities are subject to seasonal operation.
*NOTE: This parking garage has a clearance of 6'7" and does not have parking to accommodate other than limited parking on the 1st floor. This limited parking is first come, first served and not guaranteed; therefore, it is recommended that that you do not travel with large trucks and/or vans. There is an overflow parking lot within a mile from the resort and again, not guaranteed.
This property is professionally managed by Vacations Perfected. Vacations Perfected requires the registered guest booking and occupying the condo to be 25 years of age or older. In most cases, this is the policy of the condo complex or HOA that the property is located in. There are no exceptions to this policy. If you book this property and are not at least 25 years of age or older, or book this property with the intentions of allowing under 25 years of age friends of family to occupy the property without your presence for the duration of the reservation, your reservation will be charged a 50% cancellation fee and the reservation will be canceled. If you inform us within 15 days prior to arrival that you, as the 25 or older person booking the property, will not be able to come and it will only be under 25 years of age people occupying the property, your reservation will be charged a 100% cancellation fee and the reservation will be canceled.
