This property is professionally managed by Vacations Perfected.  Vacations Perfected requires the registered guest booking and occupying the condo to be 25 years of age or older.  In most cases, this is the policy of the condo complex or HOA that the property is located in.  There are no exceptions to this policy.  If you book this property and are not at least 25 years of age or older, or book this property with the intentions of allowing under 25 years of age friends of family to occupy the property without your presence for the duration of the reservation, your reservation will be charged a 50% cancellation fee and the reservation will be canceled.  If you inform us within 15 days prior to arrival that you, as the 25 or older person booking the property, will not be able to come and it will only be under 25 years of age people occupying the property, your reservation will be charged a 100% cancellation fee and the reservation will be canceled.  If you book this property, as the 25 years of age or older person, and do not come with the rest of the group who are under 25 years of age occupying the property, your reservation will be canceled, the occupants of the property will be evicted, and you will receive no refund.  These acts are booking a reservation under false pretenses, and will not be tolerated.  These actions will be reported to the booking platform you used, and further penalties or consequences may arise from the booking platform you booked this property with.  This policy is effective beginning 3/14/23.

Lastly is the twin bunk beds (memory foam also) who has a bathroom attached with a standup walk-in shower. Shores of Panama Resort is known for its 14,000 sq. Ft. zero entry pool. This tropical lagoon pool is surrounded by the greenest and most appealing landscapes. Thirsty? Hungry? In your unit we have provided start up toiletries; this includes 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom, 1 kitchen trash bag, 1 roll of paper towels, along with one dishwasher detergent pod. If you feel you will need more than the products we provide, a nationwide retailer is right across the street

Please report ALL issues within 24 hours of check-in so we can address any issues in a timely manner.
Registered guest occupying the condo must be 25 or older.
Registered guest must complete the rental agreement which requires a credit/debit card be placed on file to protect the condo against damages.
No pets.
No smoking.
Amenities are not included (wristbands and parking permit). Guest pays the concierge in the lobby a one time fee of $100 for registration packet.
