The living room is arguably the focal point and best room in the entire condo. We love how the living room extends into the dining room and kitchen due to the open floor plan, making the space feel even bigger, airier, and brighter than closed-off and dark apartments, hotel rooms, B&B areas, or overpriced Airbnbs. Sit in one of the two comfortable chairs as you read a book, read a magazine, or think about your plans for the upcoming day. 

Or sit or lay on the cozy couch and watch your favorite TV show or Netflix series on the flat screen Tv. You can also prop your feet up on the coffee table or use this function table to play a board game, play cards, or store some books while they are not in use.  

We also love how the living room heads right onto the private balcony. Open the massive sliding glass doors to let in some light and a fresh breeze. Plus, if it is a nice day — which it almost always is in Panama City Beach— you can head outside to your balcony and sit in one of the Adirondack chairs as you read a book, have a glass of wine with your best friend, gaze at the breathtaking views, or sip on an ice-cold beer for happy hour.  

Instead of having a formal dining room that can take up too much space or an unusable area, we have a wooden dining room table in the space between the kitchen and the living room. Not only does this add functionality and make the space feel bigger, but it offers a formal space for you and your guests to sit and have a nice meal. Catch some fresh seafood and order some organic food to have a nice healthy dinner with your family or friends! 

Plus, if there is not enough seating for you and all of your guests or friends, you can use the high-top bar stool seating in the kitchen. The granite countertop and the high seats make it easy for everyone to sit together and enjoy some snacks, drinks, or formal dining meal. 

Speaking of the kitchen, we love the granite countertop, new appliances, and bright lights in the kitchen. You can forget about having to use old appliances or ordering out every single day on vacation. Instead, whip up something fresh in just minutes with the modern and functional kitchen.  

The bedroom is a cozy and relaxing room that is perfect for getting a great night of sleep and waking up feeling refreshed, rested, and ready to tackle the next day. You can sprawl out in the massive king-sized bed and lay your head on the plush pillows as you dream of what to do the next day. We have a great idea — hit the beach again!  

If you aren’t tired yet, you can watch TV on the small TV on the dresser or gaze out of the window to take in the sunset. Or if you were in the ocean all day long, head into the bathroom to wash off the sand and take a nice, relaxing shower in the modern bathroom. You can wash off the sand, wash your face, and curl up into bed feeling relaxed and de-stressed.  

Last but not least, our bunk beds offer more functionality for bigger groups or families who want their kids to have some independence, without being totally separate. The bunk beds are a great idea to save space in our modern condo, providing the entire common area with more walking around hallways, floor space, and living room furnishings to enjoy spending time with one another.  

The bunk bed area is the best alternative to another bedroom! We love the thoughtfulness, design, and functionality that went into this condo. Even so, our bunkbed room has a bright window which gives the kids a great view during the sunny and warm days in PCB!
