A cozy alcove features a twin-over-twin bunk bed and its own bathroom with a shower, offering privacy and convenience. The living area includes a queen-size sleeper sofa for 2, comfortably accommodating up to 6 guests.

Dave & Buster's ($20 free gameplay), SkyWheel at Pier Park (one ticket), WonderWorks, or Island Time Sailing Dolphin Cruise (seasonal). **not included for guests staying over 27 days.  This is a $125 value, free for our guests.

-Amenities are not included! Guest must pay a 1-time fee of $85 upon arrival for a parking permit and wristbands.
-Registered guest occupying the condo must be 21 or older.  Unless a family with children, all guests must be 21 or older.
-Registered guest must complete the rental agreement which requires a credit/debit card to be placed on file to protect the condo against damages.
-No pets.
-No smoking.
*ANY booking made within 48 hours of arrival will require CC and matching ID on file - no exceptions. The reservation will be canceled and refunded to the original form of payment.

This property is professionally managed by Vacations Perfected.  Vacations Perfected requires the registered guest booking and occupying the condo to be 21 years of age or older.  In most cases, this is the policy of the condo complex or HOA that the property is located in.  There are no exceptions to this policy.  If you book this property and are not at least 21 years of age or older, or book this property with the intentions of allowing under 21 years of age friends of family to occupy the property without your presence for the duration of the reservation, your reservation will be charged a 50% cancellation fee and the reservation will be canceled.  If you inform us within 15 days prior to arrival that you, as the 21 or older person booking the property, will not be able to come and it will only be under 21 years of age people occupying the property, your reservation will be charged a 100% cancellation fee and the reservation will be canceled.  If you book this property, as the 21 years of age or older person, and do not come with the rest of the group who are under 21 years of age occupying the property, your reservation will be canceled, the occupants of the property will be evicted, and you will receive no refund.  These acts are booking a reservation under false pretenses, and will not be tolerated.  These actions will be reported to the booking platform you used, and further penalties or consequences may arise from the booking platform you booked this property with.  This policy is effective beginning 3/14/23.
