For starters, you have your sitting area complete with comfortable leather couches that one will find hard to resist the urge to leap into their welcoming embrace. In front of the sitting area, you will find your television which is perfect for those lazy days where a movie marathon, or perhaps series binge, is exactly what is needed. You’ll further find a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances. With granite countertops and all the essentials, you’ll find yourself needing, the kitchen is sure to be the perfect place to whip up a feast for your family to enjoy. As well, you’ll find the breakfast bar the perfect place to gather and enjoy the meal your chef just created for you to enjoy.
Furthermore, one will find a full-size washer/dryer will mean there won’t be any annoyed treks to the local laundromat, plus you never know when a trip to the beach might end in a sandy finale requiring a quick wash. If you continue to explore you will discover the impressive king-size bed and spacious private balcony with the most stunning views. You’ll also discover the private bathroom which includes his and her sinks, a spacious walk-in shower, and finally a soaking tub which is perfect for relaxing and unwinding after a long day of exploring the coast. Plus, this allows you to truly have a night on the town but not have to worry about calling an uber to get back home. This property is professionally managed by Vacations Perfected. Vacations Perfected requires the registered guest booking and occupying the condo to be 25 years of age or older. In most cases, this is the policy of the condo complex or HOA that the property is located in. There are no exceptions to this policy. If you book this property and are not at least 25 years of age or older, or book this property with the intentions of allowing under 25 years of age friends of family to occupy the property without your presence for the duration of the reservation, your reservation will be charged a 50% cancellation fee and the reservation will be canceled. If you inform us within 15 days prior to arrival that you, as the 25 or older person booking the property, will not be able to come and it will only be under 25 years of age people occupying the property, your reservation will be charged a 100% cancellation fee and the reservation will be canceled. If you book this property, as the 25 years of age or older person, and do not come with the rest of the group who are under 25 years of age occupying the property, your reservation will be canceled, the occupants of the property will be evicted, and you will receive no refund. These acts are booking a reservation under false pretenses, and will not be tolerated. These actions will be reported to the booking platform you used, and further penalties or consequences may arise from the booking platform you booked this property with. This policy is effective beginning 3/14/23.
