This property is professionally managed by Vacations Perfected.  Vacations Perfected requires the registered guest booking and occupying the condo to be 25 years of age or older.  In most cases, this is the policy of the condo complex or HOA that the property is located in.  There are no exceptions to this policy.  If you book this property and are not at least 25 years of age or older, or book this property with the intentions of allowing under 25 years of age friends of family to occupy the property without your presence for the duration of the reservation, your reservation will be charged a 50% cancellation fee and the reservation will be canceled.  If you inform us within 15 days prior to arrival that you, as the 25 or older person booking the property, will not be able to come and it will only be under 25 years of age people occupying the property, your reservation will be charged a 100% cancellation fee and the reservation will be canceled.  If you book this property, as the 25 years of age or older person, and do not come with the rest of the group who are under 25 years of age occupying the property, your reservation will be canceled, the occupants of the property will be evicted, and you will receive no refund.  These acts are booking a reservation under false pretenses, and will not be tolerated.  These actions will be reported to the booking platform you used, and further penalties or consequences may arise from the booking platform you booked this property with.  This policy is effective beginning 3/14/23.

Welcome to Emerald Beach Resort 1830. One of the newest and most coveted resorts on the beach! This condo is located on the 18th floor, is well maintained, and thoughtfully decorated.  Being located on the 18th floor offers extensive views of the Gulf, sand bars and the different hues of the turquoise waters of the Gulf of Mexico. If you want to see dolphins and rays, you will definitely want to stay in this condo. The condo has 2 bedrooms, 2 baths along with hall bunks and a sofa sleeper in the living area which easily accommodates 6 adults and 2 kids.

The living area is perfect for settling in and catching up with the family and planning your next adventure.  There is a large queen size sleeper sofa and 2 comfy swivel chairs.  You'll enjoy the large flat-screen cable TV with plenty of channels.  Don't forget to sit back and enjoy the view of the Gulf of Mexico!

The kitchen is equipped with stove/oven, standard coffee maker, toaster oven, microwave, dishwasher, and fridge/freezer.  Take advantage of the pantry in the kitchen for your snacks and dry goods.  The cabinets are stocked with everything you'll need to prepare a family dinner.  There is a washer/dryer located in the closet attached to the kitchen.

The bar area has bar height seating for 4.  There is a dining table beside the bar with seating for 6.

The master bedroom has a king size bed and a cozy sitting area which is perfect for diving into a good book or staring off into the mesmerizing waters of the Gulf of Mexico.  There is a chest of drawers for storage and a flat screen TV for those of you that just want to relax in the room and catch up on your favorite TV show.  The master bedroom also includes personal access to the balcony.   The large master bathroom has a double vanity, soaker tub, and a walk-in shower.

The second bedroom offers a bird's eye view of the city and the bays.  There is a queen size bed with a closet and TV.  The guest bathroom has a standard tub/shower.

The twin/twin bunks are located in the entry hallway.  The bunks are perfect for the kids.

On the balcony, you'll find brand new high top resin table and chairs for maximum viewing pleasure over the balcony rail and comfy Adirondack chairs for relaxation.
