This property is professionally managed by Vacations Perfected. Vacations Perfected requires the registered guest booking and occupying the condo to be 25 years of age or older. In most cases, this is the policy of the condo complex or HOA that the property is located in. There are no exceptions to this policy. If you book this property and are not at least 25 years of age or older, or book this property with the intentions of allowing under 25 years of age friends of family to occupy the property without your presence for the duration of the reservation, your reservation will be charged a 50% cancellation fee and the reservation will be canceled. If you inform us within 15 days prior to arrival that you, as the 25 or older person booking the property, will not be able to come and it will only be under 25 years of age people occupying the property, your reservation will be charged a 100% cancellation fee and the reservation will be canceled. If you book this property, as the 25 years of age or older person, and do not come with the rest of the group who are under 25 years of age occupying the property, your reservation will be canceled, the occupants of the property will be evicted, and you will receive no refund. These acts are booking a reservation under false pretenses, and will not be tolerated. These actions will be reported to the booking platform you used, and further penalties or consequences may arise from the booking platform you booked this property with. This policy is effective beginning 3/14/23.

Featuring a full kitchen, you are sure to find yourself just itching to create a feast upon seeing the cherry cabinets, granite counter tops with plenty of space to spread out as you create, and even a breakfast bar that seats three. Continue exploring and you’ll find the dining area complete with cozy table with seating for three.

The living room makes for the perfect place to enjoy a lazy afternoon as the sounds of the town drift up from the streets below. The sitting area includes comfortable sitting areas for you to all stretch out as you enjoy a movie night together. You’ll further find that a bunk area with featuring two bunks; this area is sure to be perfect for any little ones you might have brought along for the trip, or even any adults who might wish to return to their youth for a moment—after all, nothing wrong with enjoy some nostalgia while on vacation! The bedroom has a king bed, complete with its own television. This makes it perfect to plop down in your beds comfortable embrace as you flick on the TV to let it play you to sleep. You will also find it also features a private bathroom which is sure to be the perfect place to freshen up before a day of coastal adventures.

As you finish exploring, you’ll find the balcony which is perfect for sitting upon in the early morning when the only other sound is the occasional seagull call. One might also find it perfect for grabbing a good book or paper, then curling up as you enjoy the story, as well as the joys of the fresh coastal air which always works wonders upon the soul. One will also find that the unit comes with a private washer and dryer, which is always a perk as one never knows when an accident might occur and a quick wash becomes necessary.
