The views from this unit were fantastic. Sunsets were beautiful and from the balcony one actually can see the emerald water. Direct beach access from this building definitely a plus. One can tell the living room furniture was recently updated. Nice quiet end of the beach within walking distance of Pier Park. Certainly will stay there again.

If you need somewhere to stay that let's you get away from the hustle of life then this is it. Beach access is a few steps away and so worth it as the water and landscape is beautiful. It's set up just right for your family and the views from both sides were amazing. They were very fast on responding to us with questions and that let us just enjoy our time together. Would highly recommend.

This is one of the nicest, cleanest, best kept condos we have ever rented at PCB, and at almost 50 years of at least annual trips, we have rented many. We will return!
Where West PCB Fits into Your Trip
West PCB works best when you want a home base rather than a home in the middle of the action. You’re 5 to 15 minutes from Pier Park, depending on the property, 15 to 25 minutes from Rosemary Beach and Alys Beach along 30A, and 30 to 40 minutes from the Grand Lagoon fishing charters and dining scene on the east side. If you’ve got a car and don’t mind the short drives, you get the best of both worlds. A quiet beach home to come back to, and easy access to everything else on the coast.

The west end has plenty within a short drive.
Camp Helen State Park offers 185 acres wedged between the Gulf and Lake Powell, with 3 miles of hiking trails, beach access, and prime coastal dune lake fishing. Dogs are allowed on leash. Great for a slow morning walk before the beach.
