*This condo is self-check-in but you will need to stop by the concierge to pay for and pick up your registration packet.
The armbands give you access to the fitness center, heated indoor pool, hot tub, outdoor lagoon-style pool, and the beautiful white sandy beach on the Emerald Coast of the Gulf of Mexico.

Full Resort Amenities Include:
* Gorgeous lagoon style, 13,966 sq. ft. gulf-side pool with fountains
* Large pool deck and recreational features.
* Gulf-side hot tub
* Large heated indoor pool & hot tub
* Covered on-site parking deck, vehicles with a height exceeding 6' 11" AND OR length exceeding 19ft are NOT permitted in the parking garage.
* Private beach access
* Two tiki bars serving lunch and dinner
* Beach activities and rental services
* Free high-speed internet access
(*activities are seasonal.)

This amount is not considered as part of your total, but due prior to arrival. This amount will be refunded once unit has been cleared of any damage.
*Registered guest must complete the rental agreement which requires a credit/debit card be placed on file to protect the condo against damages.
*No pets.
*No smoking.
*ANY booking made within 48 hours of arrival will require CC and matching ID on file - no exceptions. The reservation will be canceled and refunded to the original form of payment.
In your unit, we have provided start-up toiletries, trash bags, and paper towels, along with one dishwasher detergent pod. If you feel you will need more than the products we provide, a nationwide retailer is right across the street.
This property is professionally managed by Vacations Perfected. Vacations Perfected requires the registered guest booking and occupying the condo to be 25 years of age or older. In most cases, this is the policy of the condo complex or HOA that the property is located in. There are no exceptions to this policy. If you book this property and are not at least 25 years of age or older, or book this property with the intentions of allowing under 25 years of age friends of family to occupy the property without your presence for the duration of the reservation, your reservation will be charged a 50% cancellation fee and the reservation will be canceled. If you inform us within 15 days prior to arrival that you, as the 25 or older person booking the property, will not be able to come and it will only be under 25 years of age people occupying the property, your reservation will be charged a 100% cancellation fee and the reservation will be canceled. If you book this property, as the 25 years of age or older person, and do not come with the rest of the group who are under 25 years of age occupying the property, your reservation will be canceled, the occupants of the property will be evicted, and you will receive no refund.
