This property is professionally managed by Vacations Perfected.  Vacations Perfected requires the registered guest booking and occupying the condo to be 25 years of age or older.  In most cases, this is the policy of the condo complex or HOA that the property is located in.  There are no exceptions to this policy.  If you book this property and are not at least 25 years of age or older, or book this property with the intentions of allowing under 25 years of age friends of family to occupy the property without your presence for the duration of the reservation, your reservation will be charged a 50% cancellation fee and the reservation will be canceled.  If you inform us within 15 days prior to arrival that you, as the 25 or older person booking the property, will not be able to come and it will only be under 25 years of age people occupying the property, your reservation will be charged a 100% cancellation fee and the reservation will be canceled.  If you book this property, as the 25 years of age or older person, and do not come with the rest of the group who are under 25 years of age occupying the property, your reservation will be canceled, the occupants of the property will be evicted, and you will receive no refund.  These acts are booking a reservation under false pretenses, and will not be tolerated.  These actions will be reported to the booking platform you used, and further penalties or consequences may arise from the booking platform you booked this property with.  This policy is effective beginning 3/14/23.

Put your clothes away in her wooden dresser drawers, watch some TV at night on the smart TV, gaze out of the window in the morning to watch the sunrise, and curl up in the king-sized bed to get a full 9 hours of sleep. What more could you want for a relaxing and stress-free vacation? We can’t think of anything! 

Plus, you can rinse the wet sand off of your feet and freshen up after a long day of being on the beach, flying to the sunny state of Florida, or spending all day in a car. Hop into the shower in the nautical-themed bathroom to easily rinse off the sand, clean up, and get ready for a night out on the town!
